Black cat, green eyes, no chip. Stubby tail. Found in Folsom at Heritage Trails Toll Bros. subdivision. Has paint on fur in the photo, no white markings except a few stray hairs here and there, with a little around the eyes. Not sure of gender or age, but it’s frail and skinny. Looks like it’s been on its own for awhile. Very sweet cat.Spread the Word
