Cat's Description
Medium sized Black cat with medium to long hair has been coming to our garage since August 2021 to eat. Trapped for TNR but Vet says already Neutered. Treated open wound, abcess on forehead. We thought he was feral, but he is not afraid of people and loves to be petted. Seems starved for affection. Somebody must be missing him.
